Overview

Our client operates one of Singapore’s larger premium limousine and taxi fleets — handling airport transfers, corporate trips, and on-demand bookings every day. As the fleet grew, the operation outgrew the mix of phone calls, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools it had been running on.

The Challenge

Coordinating a large fleet manually doesn’t scale. The control room had no single live view of what was happening, and dispatch depended on phone calls — slow at peak, and easy to get wrong.

  • No real-time view of active trips, delays, and which vehicles were free
  • Dispatch handled by phone — a bottleneck during peak demand
  • Drivers had no clear mobile workflow for job offers, navigation, or status
  • Customers had little visibility into their booking status or ETA

Our Approach

We designed and built an end-to-end dispatch platform: a web operations dashboard for the control room and a native driver app, connected in real time. The control room sees the whole fleet on one screen and assigns jobs in a tap; drivers receive, navigate, and complete trips from their phones; customers get automatic updates. Because we started from our proven dispatch foundations, the operator got a tailored system far faster than a build from scratch.
