How We Work
A small team doing broad work
AppTech System is a custom-software studio based in Singapore. We work with SMEs and mid-market companies across logistics, professional services, healthcare, food and beverage, and more — building the systems they actually need rather than adapting off-the-shelf software to fit. Most of our clients come back for a second or third project once the first one ships, which tells us the relationship matters as much as the code.
On the product side we run three of our own platforms alongside client work: Automiq, our workflow-automation tool; BooknGo, a booking and scheduling platform; and DispatchOps, built around field-service and last-mile dispatch. These aren't side projects — they're live products with real users, and the lessons we learn there feed directly back into how we build for clients.
The work spans web applications, mobile apps (iOS and Android), AI integration, and enterprise workflow systems. Because the team is small, engineers and designers touch the full problem — from understanding what a client actually needs, through architecture and implementation, to deployment and support. You won't spend a year on one microservice. You'll ship things you can point to.

Craft over velocity
We'd rather take another day to get the architecture right than ship something we'll regret explaining to a client at 11 pm.
Honest with clients
If something isn't the right fit for a client, we say so. That candour is what brings them back — and what makes the work worth doing.
PDPA and security by default
We handle real business data. Every project is designed with data minimisation and access controls from day one, not bolted on at the end.
Continuous learning
The stack moves fast. We read, experiment, and share — whether that's a new LLM API, a better CI pattern, or a lesson from a production incident.
